Alexandra (Ternova) Kozak, born in village of Secretaroka  Petrivski, Rayon Ukraine, of Bethel Park, formerly of North Side, age 95, on Tuesday, July 21, 2020; Beloved wife of the late Michael Kozak; Loving mother of  Lydia Bodnar of Trenton, NJ and Roman (The late Sophie) Kozak of Bethel Park; grandmother of five and great-grandmother of 13; Daughter of the late Jakov and Horpena  Ternova; preceded in death by one sister and two brothers.  PRIVATE FAMILY VISITATION, FUNERAL SERVICE and Interment on Thursday at the Thomas P.
