Charles W. Poloka C.P.A.

On Tuesday, February 27, 2007, Chuck passed away with all his family present. Chuck is survived by his wife, Jacqueline (Bealik) daughter Laura (Duane) Wesley, Cynthia Poloka, Heather (Brian) Cicco, Lauren Borkowski, five grandchildren, Tyler, Paige and Jacob Wesley and Molly and Emily Cicco as well as his brother Jack (Teresa) and nieces and nephews. Chuck was preceded in death by his parents Charles(Sparky) and Frances Poloka and brother Bob Poloka. Mass of Christian Burial will be at St. Cyril of Alexandria Church on Friday 9:30 AM. Interment private. In Lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to the Thomas E. Starzl Transplantation Institute at UPMC Montefiore, 7 South 3459 Fifth Avenue Pittsburgh, PA 15213-2582.
