Dorothy J. Smith, age 82, went to the Lord with her family by her side on Sunday, October 27, 2024; Beloved Wife of the late James C. Smith; Mother of Marvin (Lori) Smith; Grandmother of  Marvin C. (Oyinkan)  Smith, Jr., Marcus Smith,  and  Anthony (Daina) Houghton; Great-grandmother of Amiayah, Marvin III, and Zaya Smith; She was the Daughter of the late Remus and Ellen Braeon; Sister of the late Alice McLee, Susan Andrews, and John C. Brown; Aunt of J. R ., Mikey, and Ellen Andrews and Holly Jacobs; Great Aunt of Kiwana, Danielle, Diamond, Sonny and Velvet;  Also survived by many other nieces, nephew and friends.
