Elaine "Lainey" (Neal) Mickail

Elaine "Lainey" (Neal) Mickail, age 72, of Ross Township, passed away on Tuesday, August 9, 2022; she was the beloved Wife of the late William L. Mickail; Mother of Terri (Chris) Hackimer, Joshua "Buddy" Mickail and W. Benjamin (Jess) Mickail; Grandmother of Ashleigh (Brandon Hucik), Brandon, Zander and Jaden; Great-grandmother of Adeline Hucik; Daughter of the late Frank and Adeline (Hasben) Neal; Sister of the late Frank (Surviving, Barbara) Neal.  Friends and Family will be received on Friday from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 pm at the Thomas P. Kunsak Funeral Home, Inc., 3552 California Avenue at Davis Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA   15212.  A Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday at 10:00 am.  Interment in North Avalon Holy Trinity Lutheran Cemetery.

Elaine was a dedicated family member.  She showed up for every event and activity for her family and was our biggest cheerleader.  Over the years, she attended every concert, ballgame, swim meet, wrestling match, cross-country meet, parade, etc., that she could.

And she also loved to travel.  It didn't matter if it was a fancy cruise or a camping trip in a tent, she just loved to get away.  She'd just soak up all she could from wherever she had roamed.

She will be sorely missed by all who knew her, leaving a hole in the hearts of friends and family alike.  She also leaves behind a very loved and spoiled feline named Bella.
