Eleanor (Mihalko) Sanger

It is with sadness we inform you that on Thursday, May 2, 2024, Eleanor Sanger, age 91, of the North Side, fell asleep peacefully to the Lord and entered eternal life.  Beloved wife of the late Robert; Mother of Margaret (Michael) Petrucci; grandmother of Julius, twins Eric and Philip, Matthew and Monica; great-grandmother of Luke, Jack, Mia, Kate, Diya, Kiya Leonardo, Levi, Stella and Aadi; Daughter of the late John and Mary (Balint) Mihalko; sister of the late John E. Mihalko.  

Eleanor dedicated her life to her Faith and to her Family.  For 30 years (1962-1992) Eleanor worked as a Judicial Secretary for the late Honorable Judge Joseph H. Ridge, Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County.  

Visitation will be Tuesday from 2:00 - 4:00 pm & 6:00 - 8:00 pm at the Thomas P. Kunsak Funeral Home, Inc., 3552 California Ave. at Davis Ave., Pgh., PA  15212.  Panachida at the funeral home Tuesday at 7:45 pm.  Orthodox Funeral Service will be at 10:00 am Wednesday in St. John the Baptist Orthodox Church, 2201 Duncan Ave., Allison Park, PA.EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT THE CHURCH.
 Eleanor was a devoted and dedicated member of her church.   ETERNAL MEMORY!   VICNAJA PAMJAT!
