James F. McCartan, Jr., age 56, passed away early A.M. Thursday, July 6, 2017, in his home surrounded by loved ones after an eight month courageous battle with cancer. Loving, devoted husband of Eulalia "Laly"; proud father of James F. (Hannah) McCartan III and Elena (Justin) McCartan; very special Papa to James F. McCartan IV; loving son of Judith L. McCartan (James) Sutton and the late James F. McCartan, Sr.; brother to Cindy (Rich Smith) McCartan and Thomas J. (Donna) McCartan; uncle to many nephews and nieces, many cousins, and beloved nephew to many aunts and uncles; very proud owner of Sparky, his three yr. old Yorkie-Poo. He was very much loved by those he came in contact with and was a proud member of Bellevue Christian Church.
