Age 65, of Shaler (formerly of North Side), died peacefully in his sleep Tuesday evening in his recliner at home.
He is survived by his wife Linda. He was the proud father of/grandfather of three sons/daughters-n-law and six grandchildren; Jerry,Jr.(Tammy), Brandon, Jeremy and Jenna of Gibsonia; Kenneth (Kelly), Abigail and Kaleb of Allison Park; and Anthony(Jenny) and Jake of Etna.
Jerry was the son of the late Sarah Helen and Henry Bowman;brother of the late Garland (Surviving wife Rose) White, Sr.,the late William (surviving wife Janet) White and the late Holbert "Pee-Wee" Kennedy. He was also the proud uncle of Joseph (Sue) White,the late Garland White, Jr.,Sherry (Edward) Zubik, Kimmy (Joe Kypta) King,Donna (Carmen) Charmello and Jimmy (Georgette) Kennedy.He was brother-n-law to the late Frank (surviving wife Dorothy) Gennaccaro, Blanche (Oreste) DiDonato,Jean (Bruno) Graziano and their respective families.He is also survived by many loved great-nieces and nephews and countless other loved ones and cherished friends.Jerry was a veteran of the Vietnam War,where he served in the Marine Corp.He was honorably discharged and awarded the Purple Heart for his heroic acts in the war.He was a fun, friendly face and someone who was liked by everyone who knew him.
