His Saturday mornings typically included scripted stops to see family members. He loved his time three days a week with his friends from Silver Sneakers and talked fondly of the program.
Jack was a proud member of the Bricklayers Union #9 and worked for many years as a ceramic tile installer before retiring. He also spent many enjoyable years working with the young athletes of the CIT youth baseball program as well as the Crafton Little Cougars Football program as an assistant coach and head coach.
