Joseph R. Kumanchik

Joseph R. Kumanchik, age 88, of Brighton Heights, went to be with the Lord on  Friday, March 17, 2023; Beloved Husband of Shirley (Cannizzaro) Kumanchik; Loving Father of Loreen "Lori" Pace (late Tony),  (fiance Glenn Volkman), Kelly Crispino, Steve & (Judy) Kumanchik, P. J. (Tracy) Kumanchik and Joey (Holly Sheridan)) Kumanchik; He is survived by thirteen (13) grandchildren and five (5) great-grandchildren; He is the son of the late Henry and Gertrude (Ingold) Kumanchik; brother of Phillip (Diane) Kumanchik and the late Robert (late Joyce) Kumanchik; brother-in-law of Vicky (Chuck) Iarussi and Linda (Joe) Iarussi; also survived by many nieces and nephews.  Friends and relatives will be received on Monday from 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm at the Thomas P. Kunsak Funeral Home, Inc., 3552 California Avenue at Davis Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA   15212-2104;  A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday at 10:00 am at Christ Our Savior, St. Cyril of Alexandria Church.  Interment to follow in Christ Our Redeemer Cemetery.  The family suggests contributions can be made to Lewy Body Dementia Association.
