Madeleine C. (Stoeckle) Madrishin

Madeleine C. Madrishin, age 90, of the Northside, on Monday, June 6, 2022.  Beloved wife for 67 years to Robert J. Madrishin; Mother of Kevin R. (Carol) Madrishin, Keith J. (Beth) Madrishin, and Kent R. (Christne) Madrishin; Grandmother of Melanie Madrishin (Drew Carpenter), Alexzandra (David) Griffin, Amy (William) Buchanan, Anna and Robyn Madrishin; great-grandmother of Lilly, Claire, Nora and Grant; Daughter of the late  Richard and Mary Stoeckle; Sister of Ronald (Margaret) Stoeckle, and the late Paul, Jack, Rich and  James Stoeckle,  Marcella Harriet, Mary Stoeckle and Norma Norman; sister-in-law of Judy Stoeckle.  Madeleine became a registered nurse then stopped working to raise her boys.  She was a member of St. Cyril of Alexandria Parish, volunteering at the church.  She helped to make lunches for the homeless.  She was an avid reader and loved doing puzzles.  She loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren very much.  Friends received on Wednesday from 2:00 - 4:00 and 6:00 - 8:00 pm at the Thomas P. Kunsak Funeral Home, Inc., 3552 California Avenue at Davis Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA   15212. A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday at 11:00 am in Christ Our Savior, St. Cyril of Alexandria Church.  Interment will follow in Mount Royal Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to  the Christ Our Savior Ladies of Charity Sandwich Fund, c/o Christ Our Savior Parish, 3854 Brighton Road, Pittsburgh, PA   15212.
