Patricia Ann Merlo

Patricia Ann Merlo, age 82 of Brighton Heights,  died on Tuesday, February 11, 2025.  Daughter of the late Robert and Mary King; Loving Mother of James P. (Lisa) Merlo, Jr., and Mary Ann (Larry) Van Allen; Grandmother of Julia (Ian) Buzzell, Larry Van Allen, Jr, Joshua Van Allen, Jonathan Merlo and Ashley (Anthony) Berzonsky; Great-grandmother to Greyson Buzzell; Sister to Richard King, Barbara (late Lou) Busi, and Ginny (Cal) Lorence.

Pat enjoyed walking and hiking with the Ramblers.  She was a member of the Gaelic Arts Society of Pittsburgh, and made rosary beads for Our Lady of Rosary Makers.

A  Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday at 10:00 A.M. in Christ Our Savior, St. Cyril of Alexandria Church.  Please arrive at 8:30 A.M.  at the Thomas P. Kunsak Funeral Home, Inc., 3552 California Avenue at Davis Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA   15212.  Interment to follow the Mass in Christ Our Redeemer, North Side Catholic Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Red Door of St. Mary's Church, 202 Stanwix Street, Pittsburgh, PA   15222.
