Phillip A. Wodzinski of Ben Avon passed on Saturday, May 16, 2020 at home with Carolyn his loving wife of fifty years by his side.
He was born in McKeesport in August of 1941. Along with parents Anthony and Veronica, siblings Eileen and Richard; this is where is Faith, character, work ethic, and commitment to family grew.
He later graduated from Central Catholic High School, and went on to honorably serve out nation as an Intelligence Operations Specialist in the United States Air Force.
Phillip's skilled craftsmanship, and abilities to seek precision and perfection were evident throughout his career as a Mechanical & Pipe Support Draftsman, and in his years of service to the Sacred Heart Parish (Emsworth) community.
He is proud father and role model to five sons: Phillip (Melissa), David OCSO, Michael (Megan), Patrick (Amanda) and Dennis (Gemma).
Will always be beloved Grandpa to Thomas, Faustina, Rachel, Simon, Jack, and Katie. As well as admired Uncle to many fond nieces and nephews.
Viewing and Catholic burial will be private. Phillip's wife and sons look forward to a memorial and celebration when all family and friends can safely attend--even if it's just a day fishing at the lake.
